Dr. Robert Glover, drawing upon years of experience and insights, has carefully crafted a program that goes beyond the book, offering a deep dive into the principles and practices that drive transformative coaching for men. Whether you're a seasoned professional looking to enhance your coaching skills or someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of men, this Certification and Mentor Programs provide the tools and knowledge you need to succeed.

NMMNG Coach Certification Program The NMMNG Coach Certification Program offers an intensive, transformative six-month experience for professional coaches or those aiming to build a career working with men in coaching, groups, or developing personal development products. Guided by Dr. Robert Glover and his Certified coaches, participants will deep-dive into the 12 core Nice Guy issues, practicing coaching skills within peer triads and addressing personal challenges through Integrated Man small group processes. The comprehensive program includes continuous evaluation and feedback, an Integration Nation apprenticeship, and quarterly business development webinars. Post-certification, participants will continue to enjoy a host of ongoing benefits, including opportunities to assist Dr. Glover on future programs, being listed as one of Dr. Glover’s Certified Coaches on drglover.com, and a lifetime membership to the Gold Tier on Integration Nation.

NMMNG Mentor Program The NMMNG Mentor Program mirrors all the aspects and opportunities of the Coach Certification Program. It is tailored for individuals not necessarily seeking a professional career in men's work but those wanting to leverage the invaluable principles, insights, and practices of NMMNG for their personal development or support men in their lives in a non-professional capacity. If you are ready to do a deep dive into your Nice Guy recovery, have six months of contact with Dr. Glover and his trained NMMNG certified coaches, and get access to Dr. Glover’s community and content at Integration Nation, the NMMNG Mentor program is for you.

What The Six-Month Process Looks Like

Once approved and payment is made, applicants can enter the program at any time during the six-month cycle. During this six-month cycle, the training process will unfold as follows:

• Program Introduction Video
• Complete onboarding process

 

• Attend 90-minute group training calls 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month, (6:00 PM UTC)
• Training calls will be led by Dr. Glover and experienced NMMNG Certified Coaches
• Presentation of a Core Nice Guy Recovery Unit for every training call (12 Core Units listed below)
• Watch video of each Core Unit recorded by Dr. Glover the week prior to training call
• In-depth discussion and exploration of the topic presented in that unit’s video
• Training calls will be recorded and placed in the program archive

• 90-minute IM groups 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month for participants to explore the topics of the core units presented in their own life 
• This process will help participants learn how to apply these principles and practices to recovering Nice Guys
• Participants will periodically lead parts of these groups
• Participants will have the opportunity to do their own process work, learn more about the core topic of Nice Guy recovery, and learn how to lead small groups

• Every participant will be assigned a triad group with two other participants (will change every two months)
• These triad groups will be a forum for the participants to practice their coaching skills with each other and receive peer feedback
• The triad group members will schedule these group calls at their own convenience

• The certification program will give participants the opportunity to work with Dr. Glover and his team of NMMNG Certified Coaches within Integration Nation
• Assist on a team of coaches for a IN weekly tribe call during the six-month certification program
• Opportunity to assist and work with Dr. Glover directly on weekly IN Brotherhood calls

• The depth of this program will allow program leaders (Dr. Glover and trained NMMNG Certified Coaches) to give participants feedback on their progress and their limitations - both personal and professional, along with recommendations for addressing these limitations

Getting Started
 

You can dive in and get started at any point of the six-month cycle. You can then complete with the program in as little as six months and begin identifying yourself as a NMMNG Certified Coach with all the benefits that entails.

Twice-Monthly Content Webinars

Our first official Content Webinar for the Certification and Mentorship tracks will be Sunday 7 April 2024, at 6:00 - 7:30 PM UTC. The webinars will be on the first and third Sunday of every month thereafter at this time.

Twice-Monthly I.M. Groups

The I.M. Groups for the Certification and Mentorship tracks will meet (your choice, pick one):

• 2nd & 4th Sundays: 6:00 - 7:30 PM UTC (beginning 14 April, 2024). Check for time in your time zone.
• 2nd & 4th Tuesdays: 2:00 - 3:30 AM UTC (beginning 16 April, 2024). Check for time in your time zone.

Introduction Webinars

We will have three Introduction Q&A Webinars about the Certification and Mentorship programs at the follow days / times.

Pausing Your Participation

If you need to take a break at any time during the program due to conflicts, finances, unforeseen demands, etc., you can pause your participation for six or 12 months and come back in at the unit you left off on.

	Pre Qualifications
	Any one of the below to be completed prior or during the program. Degree (Min BA), counseling, therapy, social work, or Coach training program (min 1 year), or 1000 hours documented experience (varied). Can include paid and unpaid coaching experience, 12-step work, professional training, personal development trainings attended etc.   *If none of these requirements are met before beginning the program, applicants can still begin and complete the program and will be awarded their certification once any of the three requirements above have been met and documented.
