JOE MARSH

JOE MARSH

What sets Joe Marsh apart from other coaches and therapists is that he approaches Nice Guy recovery by going after the root of unconscious limiting beliefs through hypnotherapy. As a nationally certified hypnotherapist, Joe uses a holistic approach of traditional hypnosis, mind/body connection, and life coaching that helps
unlock his clients’ full potential.

Joe was a gym owner and strength coach for over a decade before becoming a Certified No More Mr. Nice Guy Coach. However, the business began to suffer and, at the same time, his marriage started to fall apart. He didn’t understand why until he found No More Mr. Nice Guy. It became clear to him that his unresolved childhood issues and Nice Guy behaviors were rocking his relationships to their core.

After letting go of what he had in the gym, he pursued what he wanted by applying to become a Certified No More Mr. Nice Guy coach and receiving his certification after working with Dr. Glover. At the same time he pursued his hypnotherapy certification through Hypnosis Motivation Institute.

Joe decided to apply what he knew as a personal trainer and hypnotherapist to his Nice Guy Recovery. The results were astounding; not only did his marriage recover, but it thrived like never before. Joe quickly began using these hypnotherapy strategies with the men he coached who were also struggling Nice Guys. These men also began to see significant changes in their lives and relationships.

If traditional therapy or life coaching has yet to work for you in the past, or if you are interested to see if hypnotherapy is for you, Joe invites you to set up a free consultation today. Click here to schedule a consultation.

JESSE BUSCH

JESSE BUSCH

Jesse is an experienced life coach who works with men one and one and facilitates in person and online men’s groups. He worked as a chef for the majority of his life and was in the US Army for 7 years including 3 tours in Iraq.

Jesse found his calling working with recovering “Nice Guys” and helping coaches start their own mens groups and coaching businesses. He works off from the idea that most of what Nice Guys struggle with comes from a deprivation and scarcity mindset, lack of positive male friendships and being unclear on ones purpose and mission. He also believes that masculinity is inherently positive and that men need to be leading the conversation of what it means to “be a man” in our current world. He loves working with men and holding space for them to heal, grow and show up for each other.

CHUCK CHAPMAN

CHUCK CHAPMAN

People looking at you from the outside might think you have it all together. You have a lovely family, a great wife, and a good career. But on the inside, you’re dying a slow death. If anyone really knew what was going on, they would see that you are completely faking it. Inside, you’re disappointed, let down, and, let’s face it… pissed off. To cope, you watch too much T.V., watch a little porn, and play too many video games. Maybe you drink too much; perhaps you smoke a little pot. You do whatever it takes to cover that longing for something more. So you keep faking it, pretending that everything is fine, until one day you implode. If this is you, read on.

Chuck guides men who are tired of repeating the same ineffective patterns, offering strategies to rebuild their broken marriages or find the strength to let go of relationships that have long lost their spark. Working closely with only a handful of men each year, he supports those trapped in sexless and dysfunctional marriages/relationships, empowering them to make dramatic changes in their lives.

Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. He is the author of No More Mr. Nice Guy: The 30-Day Recovery Journal and personal assistant to Dr. Robert Glover. Because of his own recovery, Chuck is passionate about helping Nice Guys transform into Good Men.

RON CECIL

RON CECIL

Ron Cecil has been coaching men and couples about sex, love, and relationships since 2015. He and his wife started Romance & Adventure LLC, a spiritually focused personal development coaching experience focused on helping clients stay close to Soul while living life to the fullest.

Ron’s Credentials and Experience:

  • NMMNG Coaching Certification
  • C.O.P.E Certified Coach
  • 15 years Pastoral Care
  • Survival Apnea (breath work) Certification
  • Drug and Alcohol 12 Step Recovery Coaching
  • Group Coaching
  • Domestic and International Retreats
  • Psychedelic Guidance and Retreats
  • Co-Host and Co-Founder of the Podcast Cutting for Sign

Ron Cecil was born in rural New Mexico, where he fell in love with the Divine, rock climbing, and smoking cigarettes in secret. He has degrees in New Testament Literature and Psychology, and though he seemed destined to become either a cowboy or preacher, instead spent years running large businesses domestically and abroad. In 2015, he committed to his calling as Men’s Life Coach and now guides men through the journey of resetting their nervous systems and disrupting mental patterns that have kept them from creating the life and romantic relationships of their dreams.

Lasting romantic love has also been a vital aspect of Ron’s story. His parents were married and divorced 13 times, and this has created in him a devotion to understanding what makes a healthy marriage. He has been vibrantly partnered since 2009 and is now father to a daughter and an adopted son.

Ron is a regular guest on podcasts and has spoken about lasting erotic desire in marriages, how to recover from religious trauma, recovery from alcohol addiction, and recovery from Nice Guy Syndrome.

In 2022, he took the 20+ year culmination of his experience working with men and lay pastor work and launched the perennial men’s group, Masculine Wholeness, bringing awareness to, finding, and becoming one’s more whole, authentic self. The men’s group is designed to address the inner pressure, self-judgment, and regret that men deal with in stoic silence.

JASON MILLER

JASON MILLER

I help Nice Guys solve one or more of the following life problems:

* Lack of sex, love, connection and affection from women
* Feeling stuck in a bad relationship with a woman
* Feeling stuck in a bad career/job
* Lacking safe male friends for support

All of these problems are costing you time and money.

Time is literally the currency of our lives. You can’t get it back. If you’re wasting time feeling stuck, that’s a lack of quality time. Your life might be slipping away from you.

Money is what keeps our lives running and improving. You might be spending too much money on women who friend zone you. Or you might be leaving money on the table by staying in a career that’s not serving you. Or you might not be investing or spending wisely.

How many more years do you want to waste time and money?

If you’re familiar with Dr. Glover’s work, odds are you’re stuck in this loop:

  • Suffer from Nice Guy problems.
  • Search the internet for solutions to those problems.
  • Consume content from experts on how to solve those problems.
  • Enjoy some insights.
  • Repeat.

But you’re not actually doing anything in the real world. You’re not actually getting better year over year.

Let’s break that loop right now. Do the following:

  1. Go to my Discord server at http://www.niceguydiscord.com and make friends with safe men right now. If anyone gives you a hard time, I’ll take care of it for you. This is a safe, no-judgment zone. We have a standing video happy hour on Tuesdays.
  2. Book a call with me so we can discover what kind of help and support you need right now. This call is about determining that next step. That ONE IMPORTANT THING you need to do right now to move forward toward you goals.

Since then, Ted has rebuilt his relationship patterns with women, men, and himself and now leads others to do the same.

CHRIS AGUILAR

CHRIS AGUILAR

I have been really fortunate to live a very colorful journey. I spent 10 years in technology consulting working as a COO for a firm in Los Angeles. From there I went on to follow my passion of filmmaking and won several awards for my work as a documentary film maker.

When I found Dr. Glover’s book my own mediocrity in other areas of my life suddenly made sense. The divorce, string of difficult relationships, a seeming inability to move forward. The depression and anxiety. Through the work in No More Mr. Nice Guy and the support of a group of men I trust, I have found some of my true callings, and part of that is coaching and working with other Nice Guys. Many of my clients are creatives who are “stuck” but I also work with individuals around recovery and addiction. I am also an athletic trainer and truly believe in combining the mind/body connection to recovery. I offer in office and remote coaching.
